When I was a student one of my go to meals when trying to lose weight and watch my budget was the good old stir fry.
They are so simple to make, require few ingredients and if created with the right flavoring are extremely tasty.
What I also love about them is that they are an ideal meal for fat loss due to the fact they normally include blend of proteins, veggies and healthy fats.
This also makes them an excellent meal option when following a Paleo focused diet.
